-Only the commissioner/owner of the character is allowed to repost the art, but proper credit must be given to me for drawing the art!
-My art is for personal use only! Do NOT try to make a profit out of my art! Such as making prints, redistributing, or making merchandise, then selling them to others. Please contact me first!
-You may repost onto other social sites, as long as I receive proper credit. DO NOT TRY AND REMOVE MY NAME OR WATERMARK FROM THE PICTURE, AND CLAIM IT AS YOUR OWN THAT IS STEALING.
-Once you have approved of either the sketch or lineart stage of your commission, and you have not stated any issues with either stage, you will be held accountable for any major changes! If I am asked to completely change the image, or make a major change, you will be charged extra accordingly!
-Changes, such as changing one arm or something small like adding a necklace, will not require an extra charge. There are small changes, and then there are major changes.Note: I may use your commission/adopt/trade/etc as a reference for my commission price sheet! (Art that I have drawn!)
-I will give credit to the owner of the character! If you do not want your art to be used as an example, please contact me letting me know!I have the right to:
-Refuse or cancel a commission for any reason!
-I will always try to be honest and communicative with buyers if such things occur. If I choose to cancel after your payment is received, I will fully refund it.
-Update my TOS at any time.
-Block accounts that make me uncomfortable, attempt to lie or scam me, or any other reason.
-Charge extra for complexity or late/major changes
-Post any art I draw, publicly on my social media accounts.Refund Policy:
-Full refunds can be given, if the picture has NOT been started. Just because I haven't shown you a wip, does NOT mean it hasn't been started!
-If the picture is already started, you will NOT receive a refund!
-Due to how clean my sketches are, if you request a refund after only receiving a sketch, I will provide a partial refund! **ONLY IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE SKETCH AND SKETCH ALONE! SO NO LINEART, ETC.) **
Example:
The commission is for a colored and fully shaded Fullbody image. I have completed the sketch, and sent the image for approval to proceed with the next stage. For whatever reason, you'd like a refund when you have received this sketch and sketch alone. You may receive a partial refund.
-Partial refund:
Paying for what progress was already made, and receiving a portion of the money back for the equivalent of what work was not done! (I will decide how much money to give back based on my commission prices!)
-A refund may also be given if I state I cannot finish the piece, or cancel it.
-I will NOT be giving refunds at ALL when it comes to the lineart, coloring, shading, etc. stage.
-Please be sure that you want to commission me before starting the commissioning process!
-I start drawing almost immediately after receiving payment!
-Once a refund has been made, you may NOT complete/alter the image!
Such as: Lining the sketch, coloring a completed lineart, or changing the lineart!
-You may however, post the completed sketch, with proper credits to me for the art!Wait Time:
I do NOT work on a deadline. -If you have not received any updates about your commission/etc. in over 2-3 weeks, please contact me for any updates/status!
-It shouldn't take that long, but just in case, please contact me if it's taking a hot sec! If it’s a huge commission, like a ref sheet commission, it will take me longer. Please be patient!
-I'm usually incredibly fast at drawing! Doesn't mean that I put less effort into my work, I still put 10000% into every step of the process! What it does mean, is that updates will not take me weeks! I'm just fast at drawing by nature.
-I will let you know if there is an issue.
-Usually, I will start a commission immediately after receiving it. I post updates after each and every stage of the commission!
Example:
"Howdy! I finished the sketch!"

"Let me know if anything needs to be changed/edited or if I'm ok to proceed with the next step!"
(Repeat, but change the word "sketch" to lineart/etc.)-I usually make journals that say “To Do List.” Keep an eye out for them. I constantly edit it when I am sketching, lining, or coloring. I also have a trello to keep my commissioners/etc. updated about their arts progress!
-Please do NOT spam me.
-Please keep in mind that art is NOT my full time job! I do have a job outside of art. I might be working at my job, thus not being able to work on art until I get home which is very late! If I’m taking a long time, this might be the reason too.Payment:
